General shipping information

    Orders can be sent to almost all the countries in the world where it is possible to arrive through the Post Office or carriers, except for delicate or oversized pieces that have shipments limited to only certain countries.

    The time needed for preparation and shipping is approximately 5 business days (or more during holidays).

     

    national shipments

    All orders within Spain are sent through Correos España with tracking code, the estimated delivery time may change depending on the destination.

     

    International deliveries

    Orders sent to EU and non-EU countries can be sent by Correos España or FEDEX, at the buyer's choice. All orders are sent with a tracking code, but if it is through the Post Office, tracking is not guaranteed once it leaves Spain, since it depends on the country of destination. The same is used for the delivery time.
    Orders shipped through FEDEX can be tracked at any time with the tracking code that will be provided to you. Once shipped, the estimated delivery date to EU countries is between 1-2 business days; North America and Latin America 2-3 business days; and New Zealand and Australia between 3-5 business days.

      

    Free shipping

    Free shipping for purchases over 80€ apply only to the following regions: Mainland Spain and nearby Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Vatican City, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Mainland Portugal, San Marino , Sweden and Switzerland).

     

    Customs fees

    In all cases, the buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may be applied in their country. I am not responsible for delays in the Post Office or Fedex, or related to customs, nor when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient after several delivery attempts.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    I will do my best to make you satisfied with your order, but if this is not the case, I accept the return of it. For this, you must notify us no later than one business day after receiving it by mail. hello@isabelaquintes.com and you must return the item(s) within 7 days. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (except in the case of defective products and or erroneous shipments from the store). 

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging if possible. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you and the refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment.


    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom or custom orders; sale items.


    In case you want to cancel a purchase, the withdrawal and the refund of the amount paid can only be made in cases where the product has not yet been shipped.
