I ship to the whole European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zeland (if you live outside the European Union or or any of these countries but would like to buy a product, please contact me through email@example.com).
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is between 2 or 3 business days (or more during holidays).
All orders within Spain are sent by Correos España with a tracking code, and you can choose between normal or urgent shipping.
SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
Orders within the UE can be sent by Correos España or FEDEX, at the buyer's choice.
Orders sent by Correos España do not have an estimated delivery time. All packages are sent with a tracking code, but once it leave Spain, tracking is not guaranteed, since that depends on the postal service of the destination country.
Orders sent through FEDEX can be tracked at any time with the tracking code that will be provided. Once shipped, the estimated delivery date is 1-2 business days. (Please note that exceptionally due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed.)
SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
All orders to countries outside the EU are sent through FEDEX and can be tracked at any time with the tracking code that will be provided. Once shipped, the estimated delivery date is 2-3 business days to the North America and Latin America, and 3-5 business days to New Zealand and Australia. (Please note that exceptionally due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed).
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. International orders (except Europe) can take around 15-20 working days to arrive or more during the holidays.
I accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, iDeal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay y Google Pay.
I really hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but I gladly accept returns. Contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
